Project data

Location: Moorabbin, Victoria, Australia

  • 3 metre high walls were formed at one end tapering down to 1350mm over the length of the wall
  • Walls were 300mm thick
  • TRIO was used for the other 3 walls and the Parapet

 

Requirements

  • Panels required for a 18 mtr long double sided wing wall
  • Class 3 finish required
  • 12 Hours to build with a 4 man team
  • No Crane on site

All at Prestige Civil were very impressed with the result that the formwork achieved. Lightweight and durability was a major advantage allowing quick set up and strip out. For any pour up to 2.7 mtrs high, I would definitely use the DUO system on future projects. 

PERI solution

  • DUO was used for one side of the wall 18 metres long.
  • Trio was used for the other 3 walls and the parapet.
